Questions before you start

Is FACEIT Extender free?

The core extension and 2D demo viewer are free for Chrome and Firefox. An optional Supporter Tier adds perks and more weekly AI tokens.

Does FACEIT Extender read my FACEIT password?

No. The extension never asks for or sees your password. For 2D View it uses your FACEIT login token only to request the demo download from FACEIT itself; the token is never sent to FACEIT Extender or stored.

Are my demos uploaded anywhere?

Demo files are parsed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to FACEIT Extender. Optional AI questions send selected statistics and evidence to the API; the demo file stays on your device.

Which browsers are supported?

FACEIT Extender is available for Chrome and Firefox.

What does the AI Match Briefing send?

Only public FACEIT nicknames and stats already visible in the match room, to generate the briefing.

Do I have to turn everything on?

No. Optional features can be switched on or off in the extension popup.
